Our next Bosshardt Blitz is approaching quickly! It's Sunday, January 31st, 2010. There will be a ton of open houses throughout the day so buyers can take their time cruising the town and checking out some possible homes to purchase. The Blitz will go from Noon-4:30pm with some homes only being open half the time frame (noon-2pm and/or 2:30pm-4:30pm).

The Open House Blitz was a success! It sounded like every agent had at least 4 groups of people come through and most being true buyers (not just "looking"). It seems that the new year and tax credit is sparking some activity!
